Are your waterproof trousers truly waterproof?
Absolutely! Our waterproof trousers use advanced membrane technology that provides complete waterproof protection while remaining breathable. They’re perfect for wet conditions whether you’re climbing in the Alps or running through rainy trails. All seams are fully taped for maximum water resistance.
How do your running shirts handle moisture?
Our performance running shirts feature innovative moisture-wicking fabric that pulls sweat away from your skin to the outer surface where it evaporates quickly. This keeps you dry and comfortable during intense workouts or long-distance runs. The fabric is also lightweight and features anti-odor technology.

Ordering & Account

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an account” option. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and view your order history. We’ll never share your information with third parties.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (£12.95 worldwide): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx – perfect when you need gear quickly for an upcoming adventure.
Free Economy Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over £50 – great for non-urgent orders or stocking up on seasonal gear.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (like before major running events), please allow an extra day for processing. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our Liverpool warehouse.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship globally to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering. Note that international customers may be responsible for local customs fees.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us first to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if preferred.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to post.
